Contract Services DescriptionsOn site Provider Training Package 1:
This 2-day program provides intensive training in the Wellness (Illness) Management and Recovery Toolkit to providers. Included in this package:
monthly conference call for case discussion; e-newsletter; listserv subscription, and free annual updates. Continuing Education Credit as appropriate will be provided. Up to 20 attendees.
On site Provider Training Package 2:
This 3-day program provides intensive training in Integrated Dual Disorders Treatment. Included in this package: monthly conference call for case discussion; e-newsletter; listserv subscription, and free annual updates. Continuing Education Credit as appropriate will be provided. Up to 20 attendees.
On site Provider Training Package 3:
This 3-day program provides intensive training in Supported Employment. Included in this package: monthly conference call for case discussion; e-newsletter; listserv subscription, and free annual updates. Continuing Education Credit as appropriate will be provided. Up to 20 attendees.
On site Provider Training Package 4:
This 3-day program provides intensive training in Assertive Community Treatment. Included in this package: monthly conference call for case discussion; e-newsletter; listserv subscription, and free annual updates. Continuing Education Credit as appropriate will be provided. Up to 20 attendees.
On site Provider Training Package 5:
This program provides intensive training in Therapeutic Foster Care. Included in this package: (This program is under development. Please contact The NC EBP Center for more information.)
On site Provider Training Package 6:
This program provides intensive Service Definition Training. These packages are customized to meet the needs of the contract agency. Service Definition Trainings include: Person Centered Thinking, Person Centered Planning, Community Support, Crisis Response and others. Continuing Education Credit as appropriate will be provided. Up to 50 attendees.
On site Management Training Package:
This one-day training provides an overview of each of the 6 Evidence Based Practices Toolkits. Content of this package will focus on administrative staff related to all Toolkits implementation. QA functions, billing, outcomes and other administrative functions will be covered. Continuing Education Credit as appropriate will be provided. Up to 20 attendees.
Readiness Assessment and Review Package:
This focuses on meetings with stakeholders, providers, and others to determine the extent of readiness by an organization to implement any given evidence based practice. Included is a comprehensive report to indicate areas of challenge, essential steps to be taken, and implementation suggestions.
Fidelity Reviews:
This focuses on site visits and meetings with stakeholders, providers, and others to determine the level of adherence to the toolkit model by an organization already utilizing an evidence based practice. Included is a comprehensive report to indicate areas of challenge, essential steps to be taken, and implementation suggestions.
Technical Assistance Packages:
These services focus on implementation issues of evidence based practices. Consultants will meet with staff to determine the needs of the provider in the implementation of the evidence based practice. This includes a report indicating challenges to implementation, staff development issues, management issues, and reimbursement issues.
Comprehensive Evaluation Package:
This package includes a Readiness Assessment, Fidelity Reviews, and Technical Assistance on implementation issues of evidence based practices. It also includes meetings with stakeholders, providers, and management groups to determine an organization’s ability to effectively provide evidence based practices and/or to evaluate those providers delivering evidence based practices for an organization. An evaluation tool will be designed to allow comparison across providers delivering evidence based practices.
